Asbestos has been linked to types of lung cancer and becomes a risk when in a friable state (easily crumbled and air bourne) Asbestos may be found on hot water heat plumbing lines for insulation, transite siding, insulation in attics, ie vermiculite or zonolite, transite floor ducts, wet wrap on ductwork and 9x9 flooring tiles. more info...
Carbon Monoxide
Carbon Monoxide is a colorless and odorless gas produced from incomplete combustion and may be found from any burning fuel such as gas, oil, automobiles, wood and coal. Exposure to this gas can lead to nausea, headaches, flue like symptoms and even death.

Exterior Insulated Finishing Systems, Dryvit, Synergy , USG and other clad systems which have a history of moisture infiltration concerns and structural damage and may need a more comprehensive evaluation than a standard home inspection can offer. Lead
Lead is a heavy metal used in many materials and products before the health risks were known. Lead is a toxin (poison) that can harm people, especially young children. Children 6 years old and under are most at risk because their bodies are still developing. A young child‘s exposure to lead can cause learning and behavioral problems and possibly damage their brains, kidneys, and other organs.

When excessive moisture or water accumulates indoors, mold growth will often occur. There are molds that can grow on wood, paper, carpet, and foods. Some molds have potential health implications with some individuals. Surface sampling and air sampling may be performed. Sampling is performed to IESO standards.

Radon
According to the EPA, Radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer. Test's are conducted using the state of the art EPERM, utilizing an Electret instead of charcoal canisters. Results can be obtained usually within 24 hours. Some offices may offer continuous monitors.
